- A facilitation fee applies for service listings.
User Eligibility
- Users must be 18+ and legally permitted to provide or receive services in India.
- Service Providers register using the 9×9×9 service categories.
- Service Seekers provide location and service preferences for accurate matching.
Fees & Payments
- Providers pay a subscription/facilitation fee to list services.
- Seekers can browse services freely; charges apply only when contacting a provider.
- Fees and payments are dynamic and can change without notice.
Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds except for technical/system failures.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service description, rates, availability, and location.
- Comply with legal, safety, and professional regulations.
- No misuse for fraud or spamming.
Limitation of Liability
- GESEME facilitates matchmaking only.
- Not responsible for service quality or disputes.
Governing Law
Indian law; disputes resolved in Indian courts.
