How to Search, Enquire, Apply, and Register for Services

Access the portal: https://services.geseme22.com

From GESEME Home Page: https://geseme22.com → Click Services → Select Continue

Once at the Services Portal, you can do one of the following:

  • View available services
  • Contact a Service Provider as a Service Seeker
  • Register as a Service Provider

Part 1 – Viewing Available Services

1. Select Service Category
  • Choose from 9 major service categories → subcategories → specific service.
2. Apply Filters
  • Location Range
  • Service Type
  • Price / Charges
  • Availability
  • Verified Provider Status
3. Search by Keywords
  • Type specific keywords if you cannot find the service through filters.
4. View Services on Map or List
  • Services can be sorted by distance or pricing.
  • Map view shows service provider locations and clusters.
5. View Service Details
  • Service description
  • Provider contact details and location
  • Pricing and availability
  • Customer reviews (if available)
  • Tip: Decide whether you want to contact the Service Provider at this stage.


Part 2 – Contacting the Service Provider as a Service Seeker

1. Register / Sign Up
  • Click Sign In / Sign Up, then Create Account.
  • Select Service Seeker role.
2. Sign Up & KYC Verification
  • Verify using mobile/email OTP.
  • Provide Aadhaar or other verification if required.
3. Category Selection
  • Service details are given at the end of 09 main categories divided into 09 sub-categories, further divided into another 09 sub-sub categories so as to assist you in locating your desired Service
4. Set Your Location
  • Enable GPS detection or enter location manually.
5. Choose a Subscription Plan
  • Unlock full access to search results and portal features.
6. Contact Service Provider
  • Options include phone or in-app chat.
7. Rate and Review
  • Leave reviews to help improve provider trust and service quality

Part 3 – Registering as a Service Provider

1. Register / Sign Up
  • Select Service Provider role and complete registration.
2. Sign Up & KYC Verification
  • Verify account using mobile/email OTP; provide Aadhaar, PAN if required.
3. Choose a Subscription Plan
  • Select a plan suitable for your service listings.
4. Add Your Location
  • Use GPS or manually enter address and pin code.
5. Set Up Your Profile
  • Name (personal or business)
  • Phone number
  • Business / Service name
  • License (if applicable)
  • Working hours
6. Select Service Category
  • Choose relevant main and subcategories for your service.
7. Upload Service Details
  • Name and description
  • Service type
  • Charges / pricing
  • Availability
  • Up to 5 images (optional)
8. Update Availability
  • Keep service availability updated in real-time.
9. Moderation & Approval
  • Listings are reviewed automatically or manually before going live.
10. Publish & Verify
  • Submit listings for quality checks; verified providers can get fast-track approval.
11. Go Live on the Map
  • Services are geo-tagged and visible to seekers.
  • Service seekers can filter by category, location, or other criteria.
